Architectural Review - DISABLE YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER BEFORE DOWNLOADING FORMS

The Architectural Review Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month.  If you have any questions regarding completing the form please contact Wallace Baker at wallace@trendmarkinc.com

REMINDER: The HOA has Architectural control of the neighborhood and all proposed changes must me reviewed PRIOR to the start of the project or change.  Please reference the Covenants (located in the bylaws covenants tab) here on the site for all specific requirements and details.

Wallace Baker, the Architectural Review Chairperson handles all requests for changes or additions.  Requests need to be in writing and include a complete plan or drawing and a plot plan showing all setbacks as well as any proposed changes..

Please download the new required request form from our website. Your request can be delivered to Wallace Baker's home at 406 Annandale or Bern Bullard's house at 108 Dumbarton Court, or drop them off at the Club.  The committee will review the request and respond. Once approved, the committee will forward a lettter of confirmation and an approval sign for your yard.  This sign should stay in place until the project is complete, then returned to the HOA.
